Certifications vary by product line and destination market — we supply the documents and test reports relevant to your specific order.

Yes. We provide paid samples so you can test the units before committing to a bulk order, and we welcome pre-shipment inspection — your own QC team, a third-party agency such as SGS or BV, or a video inspection if you can't travel. Every unit is also function-tested on our line before packing.

All of our vacuum sealers carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a covered fault appears, we resolve it with replacement units or spare parts, typically shipped with your next order. Longer or market-specific warranty terms can be agreed for OEM/ODM programmes.

MOQ depends on the model and the level of customisation. Standard stock models can start from small trial quantities so you can validate the market, while OEM/ODM runs with custom branding, packaging or specifications carry a higher MOQ to cover tooling and setup. The exact MOQ for each model is shown on its product page — send us your target model and quantity and we'll confirm it straight away.
